“We have been using the Wype Off™ Industrial Graffiti Remover since 2018 on several projects, including work on major public transit passenger rail line fleets. Throughout this period, the product has shown excellent performance on both freshly painted and aged coatings.
Wipe Off™ effectively removes graffiti without softening or dulling the underlying paint film. We’ve used it on polyurethane and polyester systems, and it maintains surface integrity with no visible change in gloss or color. Wype Off™ doesn’t break down textured black plastic or Rubber. The product performs consistently well even in variable temperature and humidity conditions.
Although its application requires attention and some manual effort, especially on large areas, the cleaning results are precise and uniform. Overall, we consider Wype Off™ a technically sound solution for graffiti removal from industrial coatings.

FreezeAway™
- Long lasting Rail Track and Switch Anti-Icer
Freezeaway Anti Icing for Rail compound in liquid form has a viscosity rating of around 24,500-26,500 millipascal -seconds(mPas-s ). This level of viscosity of Freezeaway provides a coating that is thick enough to help in ice and ice buildup prevention at its effective use temperature for long periods of time .
The higher the temperature rises, the viscosity of Freezeaway lessens.
Applications:
Brakes and Brake Gears : Apply Freezeaway Aunti-Icing to calipers of brakes, and rigging, applying under pressure. Avoid application to wheel treads and on the discus of brakes.
Third Rail Applications: Apply 20-30 mL of Freezeaway Aunti Icing Compound to the rail head per 91.5 cm or 36” . The application amount dispensed , will be a variable pertaining to weather conditions.
Switches and Points: Put down Freezeaway Aunti Icing compound right on the nip in between the stock rails and the switch rails and or to the crossing flangeways. NEVER APPLY Freezeaway Aunti-Icing to the RAIL HEAD. Apply just before or just as snow and ice start falling, under the ounce of prevention is a pound of cure rule. If Deicing has occurred, with Freezeaway Plus or any other deicing compound, making sure that that the slide chairs are maintained to keep lubrication up to the level and degree where it should be. Freezeaway is not a lubricant and will not affect the performance of the lubricant. Keep an eye on the weather , as this will determine as to how much and how often Freezeaway will need to be applied to the various surfaces to maintain functional operating efficiencies.

Liquid Clay Bar
LCB performs the same function as if one would clay bar a vehicle surface, but in 1/8 the time. LCB removes tree sap, acid rain, enviro contaminants, and removes that scratchy feeling on painted surfaces from any number of sources. We recommend wearing gloves and goggles. Use in a well ventilated area, like a garage, but with the door open. 70F is perfect. If indoors, make sure the ventilation system is working efficiently. If using LCB on small areas indoors, a respirator is an option.
Directions:
- Apply to a previously washed surface, cool to the touch preferably indoors.
- In 1’ x 1’ square areas, spray LCB on the surface. Let sit for 60 seconds to activate.
- Agitate with a MF cloth.
- Turn over, and wipe dry. Surface should be smooth.
- Repeat if needed. when finished wash entire area with Bead It™.
For catalyzed primer removal, spray LCB on the catalyzed primer, let set for 15 minutes, then remove.
